4 days Hands-on Workshop was conducted on “Transformation of Workplace To Global Standards” by Mr. Hemendra Varma, Director, 5S Institute and an alumni of IIT Kharagpur (BT/ME/Patel/1972) and Mr. Abhijit Varma. hand hold each lab to implement 5S Framework which improves efficiency by eliminating wasted time, reduces human error by ensuring reagents and tools are easy to find, and significantly enhances safety and compliance.
